About the Clinical Administration Program
You will be part of a team that assists CASA’s clinical team in managing referrals and schedules. You will help prepare group materials, coordinate evaluations, manage patient schedules and support with follow-up calls with families.
23.34 to $27.58 per hour
Shift structure: Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day
Administrative Support II
Temporary until November 15, 2026
The Program Support Specialist provides comprehensive assistance to meet the needs of the program area including administrative and clinical support, staff scheduling, supply ordering and program intake.
The Program Support Specialist will:
Have a basic understanding of external crisis supports.
Organize supplies, inventory and ordering.
Excellent customer service skills including a patient, respectful and gentle demeanour in dealing with patients. Must maintain positive relationships with staff and the public.
Pleasant, courteous and professional telephone manners.
Conflict resolution skills to deal effectively with challenging phone calls.
Ability to transcribe information from Dictaphone equipment is an asset.
Able to complete assigned duties with minimum supervision.
High school diploma.
A medical office assistant certificate and/or a diploma in business administration is an asset.
Minimum of two years related administrative experience in a medical office setting.
A satisfactory Criminal Records Check and Child Intervention Check. Ability to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification (training provided by CASA) as well as physical ability to perform all interventions.
