Legal Recruiter (Candidate-Focused | No Business Development | High Earning Potential)
This position is fully remote while being fully collaborative.
With our unique team model, you will manage a "split desk," focusing your time on sourcing, engaging, recruiting and supporting law firm associate attorneys to match them with client requisitions.
We are seeking a candidate-focused recruiter to join our team in a 180 / split desk model .
This is a pure recruiting role —you will not be responsible for business development . Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and placing top legal talent.
Highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals looking to build a career in recruiting
Headhunt and engage attorneys through LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach
Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates
Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred)
~ Option 2: High-Potential, Entry-Level Candidates
Comfortable with outreach and phone-based conversations
Interest in a career in recruiting or sales
Confidence with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment
High earning potential with uncapped commission
Emphasis on quality and long-term relationships—not just volume
Candidates must have a 4-year college degree, understand what it means to work for a small organization, possess exceptional writing skills and executive presence, and above all, be intellectually curious, have tremendous work ethic and team-oriented. You will be on the phone! If the telephone scares you, this is not the role for you. We offer a competitive base salary + commission + several choice benefit plans, 401(k), continuing education in the form of membership to various organizations, company travel and incentive programs.
This is a fully remote role with a massive runway for growth for those who are interested in advancing a career in legal recruiting and staffing.
