Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) IT Recruiter (nivel Mid) para unirse a nuestro equipo como contractor , apoyando procesos de atracción y selección de talento tecnológico para distintos clientes en LATAM. Buscamos una persona ágil, proactiva y orientada a resultados, con experiencia en reclutamiento IT y capacidad de gestionar múltiples procesos en paralelo.
Responsabilidades
Gestionar procesos end-to-end de reclutamiento IT
Ejecutar estrategias de atracción de talento para perfiles tecnológicos
Realizar búsqueda activa (headhunting) en plataformas como LinkedIn
Filtrar y evaluar candidatos (screening y entrevistas por competencias)
Coordinar entrevistas con clientes y stakeholders
Acompañar a candidatos durante todo el proceso
Mantener actualizada la información en ATS
Requisitos
- +2 a 4 años de experiencia como IT Recruiter
- Experiencia en reclutamiento de perfiles tecnológicos (Frontend, Backend, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Manejo de LinkedIn Recruiter u otras herramientas de búsqueda
- Experiencia trabajando múltiples vacantes simultáneamente
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Residencia en México
