Reporting directly to the Human Resources Generalist, the Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. The Human Resources Assistant will assist with various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management and company initiatives and programs.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or human resources support role
Experience in full-cycle recruitment
Experience in navigating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ADP Workforce Now preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
24 hours per week, in-office; additional hours as required by department needs

Provide administrative support to HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and databases in accordance with company policies
Coordinate or support training, meetings, and departmental presentations as required
Support HR projects, policy development, and research initiatives as requested
Assist with vendor coordination, supplies, and administrative tasks related to departmental operations
Help ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with other duties as required
Be prepared to respond to, and interact on a face-to-face basis, with outside customers as required
Adhere to current and future company policies and standards to ensure a safe and agreeable working environment
