PEDIATRIC DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Are you looking for a culture forward experience that creates a group of close-knit individuals who can call their place of work home? A unique opportunity to join the Dental Works 4 Kids & Align Orthodontics team. Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator We have an excellent training program in place and willing to train the right individual to help propel their career.3-5 years of experience as a treatment coordinator / administrative assistant. (Additional training provided through Clinch Learning Center).
- Exceptional telephone skills.
- Conduct new patient interviews and phone calls.
Follow up with accounts.
Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordinating, account follow-up, appointment scheduling, accounts collections and outstanding patient service.
Coordinate intra-office and inter-office schedules and appointments.
