We are seeking a skilled Sushi Cook to prepare high-quality sushi in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, rolling sushi, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness. Day to day food preparation of the food stall according to O&B standards
Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification
Follow the FIFO method to maximize freshness
Assist in food inventory and control
Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
1-2 years cooking experience with Sushi in a fast-paced restaurant, quick service or event/ catering environment
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset.
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Full / Part time position
- Hourly Wage: $21
