Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce food per recipes and specifications on a kitchen line and prep area in a fast-paced environment.
- Food preparation and stocking workstation to ensure success for business demands.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces.
- Stock kitchen, organize products, inspect food quality
- Completing food safety protocols and logs with assistance and direction from management
- Contribute effectively to a positive employee and guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
Skills
- Must have or be able to obtain Canadian Food Handlers Certification.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- 1 year minimun experience as a Line cook.
