Full stack cloud software engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with deep expertise in the Oracle Cloud CX (Service Cloud) platform to architect and optimize scalable digital solutions. This role focuses on the high-level configuration, customization, and administration of the Oracle Service Cloud environment while driving DevOps automation and CI/CD implementation. You will be responsible for translating complex technical specifications into robust applications, leading code reviews, and ensuring that the entire stack—from front-end UI to back-end microservices—is built for speed and accessibility.
Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers in a high-performance environment.

• Architect scalable solutions across the entire front-end and back-end spectrum.
• Niche Specialization: Deepen your expertise in the Oracle Cloud CX ecosystem while working with modern technologies like Angular, microservices, and event-driven systems.

Configure and customize the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) Customer Portal and Admin Console; manage complex environments (Dev, Stage, Prod) and support high-stakes deployment activities.

• Maintain and enhance PHP MVC backend logic and update front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Integration & APIs: Design and implement integrations using Connect REST, SOAP, and Connect PHP API; construct and integrate RESTful API services with front-end UI.
• Data & Pipelines: Design and expand data pipelines through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities; optimize database performance across Oracle and SQL Server.
• Architecture & DevOps: Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps automation; Quality & Compliance: Implement unit/functional testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and ensure all web components comply with the Ontario Design System (ODS) and AODA (WCAG 2.0 Level AA).
• Security & Governance: Manage SSO configuration, role-based access control (RBAC), and ensure privacy-compliant non-production environments.

Oracle CX Mastery: 5+ years of experience with Oracle Service Cloud administration (Object Manager, profiles/permissions, SLAs, workspaces, and rules).

• Full Stack Core: 3–5+ years of proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Portal Customization: 3–5+ years of experience with Customer Portal extensions using MVC widgets, custom controllers, and Agent Browser UI Extensibility.
• NET Add-ins.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
