Enjoy a predictable 4-day workweek (Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts) with every weekend lasting three days.

Perform at your best in a clean, highly professional, and safety-conscious fabrication shop.

Read and interpret structural blueprints and fabrication drawings to guarantee precise, high-standard builds.

Safely operate standard shop tools and heavy equipment, including cutting torches and overhead cranes, for material preparation.

Partner closely with fitters, fabrication team members, and Quality Control specialists to uphold strict standards.

Certified Journeyperson or registered Apprentice Welder.

Certifications (Asset): Valid CWB all-position welding tickets (FCAW/SMAW) are strongly preferred.

Demonstrated background in a structural fabrication shop, ideally with hands-on experience in heavy structural steel or skid assembly.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, layout execution, and tolerance-critical fit-ups.

Reliable personal transportation to and from the Acheson facility.
