We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies to design, develop, and support scalable, reliable, and resilient enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methods, and experience working in regulated and globally distributed environments.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its integration within the broader technology landscape to deliver scalable, reliable, and resilient applications.
Operate effectively in a global delivery model with onshore/offshore and nearshore teams, including matrix reporting structures.
Work in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and understanding their implications on technology and applications. Improve service quality for end users by: Maximizing operational efficiencies/ Strengthening incident and problem management/ Enhancing knowledge sharing best practices.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/ Knowledge management/ Performance tuning/ User training.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation to improve team productivity and delivery quality.
Coach and mentor team members (including those outside direct reporting lines) on best practices, and proactively identify and address technical anti-patterns.
Implement and adhere to Agile frameworks such as SCRUM or Kanban, ensuring alignment with organizational processes.
Communicate project progress, risks, and status clearly and consistently to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management, preferably in an Agile delivery model. Strong Java backend development experience, including: Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.
• Frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as: ReactJS, Angular, Node.js and JavaScript.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, both on-premise and cloud-based.
Experience with GitOps practices and modern DevOps workflows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and container-based deployments (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
