In-Store Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Join our team office as a Jet Charter Sales Executive and play a key role in driving our sales growth. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from initial discovery to post-booking—ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience. In this role, you’ll have opportunities to grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing training. Customer requests will come in at varying hours. Jet Charter Sales Executives must remain available on-demand;

networking, telephone and email communication, marketing campaigns, and other sales channels;

Manage, negotiate and close customer inquiries for private jet charter use;

Provide exemplary customer service and ensure a smooth booking and travel experience for clients;

Coordinate all details of your customer’s charter flights, with the various parties involved;

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; to deliver fast and reliable customer service to your clients;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales data, and provide regular reports to management;

Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and offerings;

Educate clients on the benefits of our private jet charter services.

Killer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;

Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets;

Experience in aviation and chartering industries, an asset.

Competitive salary $69,000 + uncapped commission
