As an Adian, you’ll help shape city skylines, build communities, and leave a legacy. Please note this role requires you to work in-office 3 days per week.

Execute full-cycle month-end close process, for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy with minimal supervision

Communicate directly with external parties, such as cost consultants, auditors, lenders, partners and lawyers to build strong relationships and timely deliveries

Guide Project Managers to ensure coding accuracy and in accordance with budgets. Hold training sessions as necessary for new PMs

Maintain strict payment draw schedule ensuring all draws are prepared and reviewed according to the standard process

Partner with Sales & Marketing department, and external law office to prepare each Project’s closing site record to support each unit closing statement

Maintain and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets

Oversee the processing of all payables, ensuring timely and accurate invoice approval and payment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related

• CPA designation or working towards a CPA designation is a must
• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical Skills: Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Attention to Detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
