Inside Sales / Sales Representative / Customer Service
ICONIX Waterworks
Provides technical support and services to customers
Works with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones
Educates customers about features and benefits of our services and products
Processes customer orders, including order data entry
Assists in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties
Assists with general sales and marketing initiatives as required Whatever your role, you will make a difference here.
A high-level of service and technical support to customers
Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
Flexibility to help where needed within the branch
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution
The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
