Product Adoption Manager
Position: Senior Product Manager
Duration: 6 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto ( Onsite/Hybrid : 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
This position is provisionally Onsite/Hybrid , requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Akkodis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support our Data Platform capability, responsible for enabling secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise data solutions. The platform encompasses Azure, Databricks, GitHub, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Pipelines, Advanced Analytics, and Reporting environments.
This role ensures the at‑scale delivery of foundational cloud and data infrastructure that powers mission‑critical enterprise and customer solutions.
Lead product strategy and roadmap for the Data Platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and business priorities.
Oversee delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable cloud‑based data infrastructure across Azure, Databricks, GitHub, ETL/ELT, and Analytics environments.
Collaborate with engineering leadership to manage sprint planning, release processes, and platform improvements.
Drive stakeholder engagement to understand data needs, communicate value, and shape platform evolution.
Platform performance dashboards tracking KPIs such as reliability, cost, and adoption.
Updated governance materials, including decision logs, architecture inputs, and steering committee documentation.
Risk register with mitigation strategies and status updates.
10+ years in product management within data, cloud, or platform engineering domains.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, data pipelines, and modern data architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional delivery in agile environments.
- Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data observability tools or platform KPI frameworks.
Experience in organizations with enterprise‑scale cloud and data modernization programs.
