Were partnering with a large PE-backed multi-site services organization executing a high-volume national acquisition strategy . The Corporate Development team is expanding due to sustained deal flow. This is a net-new role built to increase execution capacity - not a replacement. A Deal Advisory / Transaction Services / Corporate Finance and want real deal ownership beyond spreadsheets and diligence memos this role is designed for you.

Coordinate analysts associates legal operations and third-party diligence providers

Oversee financial analysis and quality control on models and diligence outputs

Surface risks early and keep senior stakeholders informed

10-15 deals in motion across stages

Performance is judged on execution quality and capacity not deal count

Ramp quickly and add value immediately

Build credibility with senior leadership

5 years in Big 4 Transaction Services Deal Advisory Corporate Finance or similar

• CPA or strong accounting foundation
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint
• Roll-up / multi-site acquisition experience

French language skills

Excel: must be very strong

SharePoint

CRM: Microsoft Dynamics (deal tracking)

Instead of analyzing transactions and handing them off the person in this role runs deals end-to-end once an LOI is signed coordinating diligence legal operations and timelines while being accountable for execution quality. The deal flow is consistent and meaningful which compresses learning and accelerates judgment far faster than lower-volume corporate development environments. The role has clear boundaries strong leadership support and no origination pressure allowing the focus to stay on execution and process improvement.
