Full Job Description

Advise and represent clients before all legal authorities in a wide variety of civil and commercial law matters;

Draft legal opinions, letters of formal notice, and all other legal procedural documents;

Negotiate with opposing parties in disputes;

Ensure rigorous case monitoring.

Required Qualifications And Skills

Member of the Bar;

Have between 2 and 5 years of practice in a similar role;

Excellent command of spoken and written French;

Good command of spoken and written English;

Client and results-oriented;

Speed of execution and ability to work under pressure;

Autonomous and proactive in managing priorities;

Attention to detail, rigor, sense of responsibility and organization;

Analytical and critical mind;

Ability to think "outside the box";

Dynamics, courtesy, and professionalism;

Resourcefulness and initiative;

Ability to work in a team.
