We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate Manager will be responsible for Technical Floor (Ground-production Mezzanine Repairs and Lab Simulators) planning coordinating moving executing and finalizing relocation from current site to new site. This role requires strong project management skills planning expertise and the ability to manage stakeholders to ensure seamless relocation transition with minimal disruption to business operations and projects impact.

On-site Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies for technical floors relocation project. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and interface actively with internal stakeholders including Project Planners Lab Support Contractor (labeling documenting and dismantling simulator) Moving Contractor Test personnel for verifying the simulator and Project Managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project goals and schedules to minimize any disruption to the Project Software Test Schedule
Budget Management: Monitor project budget track expenses and ensure project is completed on time and within financial constraints.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the relocation process.
Provide regular updates to Vista senior management and stakeholders on project status milestones and any issues that may impact project delivery.
Technical Oversight: Ensure the successful migration of Technical Floor (Repair Production Mezzanine and Simulator labs) with minimal downtime and disruption.
Post-Relocation Support: Oversee post-relocation activities including troubleshooting testing and ensuring all systems are fully operational.
Technical Skills: Good understanding of IT infrastructure and/or racks of Electrical/Electronic equipment.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Risk assessment and contingency planning: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them.
Act as the central point of contact among all stakeholders (Senior management Lab Support Department labeling & disconnecting contractors moving contractors logistics teams and others) to ensure alignment and timely updates.
Collaborate with the logistics company and client to establish and manage the schedule for moving equipment.
Ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place to enable seamless remote access between IT systems and the labs.
Post-5pm availability during equipment move: Be available after 5pm during the relocation of equipment to Consilium ensuring the process is completed effectively and all systems are operational.
Inventory management: Oversee the inventory of lab equipment and all technical floors being moved to ensure nothing is misplaced or left behind.
Maintain detailed documentation of the relocation process to keep record of schedules equipment lists and any changes made during the move.
Post-move review and report: Conduct a review of the relocation process to identify lessons learned and prepare a report summarizing successes and areas for improvement
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
At least 5 years of IT project management experience with direct involvement in office relocation or infrastructure migration projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Handle risk assessment and contingency planning
Good Technical Knowledge (IT infrastructure Electronic Labs )
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Proven experience in planning and executing office relocations including IT infrastructure and electrical/electronic equipment racks.
Ability to develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies.
Strong risk management and contingency planning capabilities.
Ability to provide clear regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with labs facilities logistics and business units.
Experience managing all stakeholders including external vendors to ensure timely and quality relocation.
