This Warehouse Associate position is a day shift role, offering a competitive rate of $20.00 per hour. You will work within a modern distribution center, utilizing an RF scanner and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track movement. Because this position is located in Milton, Ontario, there are no specific French language requirements; however, clear communication in English is essential for safety and coordination. Job- Warehouse Associate
Distribution Center

Physically receive, store, and restock electrical merchandise within the Milton distribution center.

• Accurately record all inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare, pick, pack, and hand-wrap orders for outbound shipment.
• Document all shipping activities precisely to maintain high data integrity.
• Use an RF Scanner to organize orders, locate stock, and maintain real-time inventory logs.
• Operate a Reach Forklift safely to move pallets and organize high-bay storage when required.
• Adhere strictly to warehouse standards, health and safety protocols, and technical best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe manufacturing & logistics environment.

Proficiency in using RF Scanners and digital inventory tracking tools.

• Strong attention to detail for picking complex electrical part numbers.
• Basic computer literacy for navigating Warehouse Management Systems.
• Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies quickly.
• Valid Forklift Certification (Reach Truck) is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day shift.
• Reliable transportation to the Milton warehouse location.
