As a Tool Trailer Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of an on-site tool trailer and tool rooms. Youll be in charge of issuing tools to customers and inspecting returns. You will also perform visual safety inspections of all tooling properly maintain fleet and consumable levels with the operation utilize and create reporting mechanisms as needed.
Shift Note: This position operates Monday - Friday 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM with a rotational weekend shift required once every four weeks.
Act as primary contact for customer
Responsible for marking/entering tools in Total Control system
Assist in mobilization and setup of the trailer at the customers site
Provide regular communication with customers to maintain sufficient supply of tool quantities in conjunction with manager
High school diploma
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to acquire industrial facility credentials is desirable
- 75% travel is required as needed
This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals policies and procedures.
