As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and retention of our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting, managing business relationships and promoting our products/services to a varied customer base. You'll be part of a high-calibre sales team where collaboration, passion and intrapreneurship are at the heart of our approach.
Prospect for new customers and identify market opportunities;
Ensure a trusting and lasting relationship with existing customers, while anticipating their needs;
Present and promote our products/services in a convincing way, adapted to the specific needs of each customer;
Proactively pursue sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process;
Achieve sales target while maintaining quality and service standards;
Demonstrate boldness and creativity to seize market opportunities and propose innovative solutions;
Ensure after-sales follow-up to resolve any issues in a responsive and professional manner;
Passionate about sales and business development, with the ability to inspire confidence and positively influence your contacts;
Bold and determined, able to seize opportunities and turn prospects into loyal customers;
Strong sense of integrity, with an ethical and responsible approach to sales;
Previous B2B or sales experience with a good performance track record;
Knowledge of the local market or specific healthcare/pharmaceutical sector;
Fluent in English.
