Bilingual Customer Service Agent / Call Center Associate - Remote

We’re currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are eager to develop their skills, grow within the company, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

The role is fully remote, and applicants from across Canada are encouraged to apply, as they may also be considered for this opportunity on a remote basis.

Full time, Permanent position

• Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Montreal)
• Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
• 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
• Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off !
• Pension plan
• Bonus plan
• Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
• Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
• High School Diploma Required
