Product Development Chemist

Formulation Chemist needed to support oral drug product development from concept through GMP manufacturing at a CDMO. The role combines bench-scale formulation design, process scale-up, technology transfer, and production support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Design and execute formulation development studies at bench scale
Lead process development, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to GMP
Support and participate in GMP production operations
Draft protocols, batch records, and GMP documentation including SOPs
Troubleshoot formulation and process issues to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry/Engineering with 5+ years pharma experience, or PhD with 2-3 years
Strong knowledge of drug product development and GMP requirements
Hands-on experience with oral dosage equipment and manufacturing technologies
Proven track record delivering multiple successful projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet project timelines
Compensation: $75,000 CAD base
