Senior Formulation Scientist (Drug Product) - Eurofins CDMO Alphora, Inc.

Senior Formulation Scientist needed to lead drug product development from early stage through GMP manufacturing. Will direct formulation studies, process scale-up, and production oversight while serving as technical leader across cross-functional teams and client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead formulation and drug product development projects from conception through GMP scale-up
- Design and oversee formulation studies, process development activities, and technology transfer
- Provide technical oversight of GMP manufacturing operations and troubleshoot process issues
- Author and review technical protocols, batch records, standard operating procedures, and reports
- Represent Drug Product Operations in client meetings and support business development initiatives
Requirements
- 6-10 years formulation development or drug product chemistry experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related science field
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and statistical analysis software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Leadership experience managing junior formulation scientists
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance requirements
Compensation: $90,000 CAD base
