Services Management Coordinator

Ontario HIV Treatment Network

Lead the Ontario HIV Treatment Network's initiatives as Director of HIV Prevention Services. Focus on expanding access to PrEP and PEP across Ontario through innovative strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Programs, this leadership role emphasizes the operational implementation of HIV prevention services. You will coordinate across various departments, engage with community partners, and oversee project management requirements. Your work ensures service pathways are equitable and responsive to the needs of those at risk of HIV.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy for prevention services expansion
Manage integrated implementation plans and governance
Oversee consultants and review project deliverables
Identify and coordinate staffing and operational needs
Build relationships with community and system partners

Requirements:

Degree in public health or related field
Five years experience in health or program delivery
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of equity-oriented service design
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
