Trust Support Associate
Reporting directly to the AVP, Operations, the selected candidate will: play a key role supporting Solus Trust with its various service requirements; bring a positive mindset and willingness to help others achieve the overall goals of our growing businesses.
Provide administrative support to the Solus Trust team of professionals that deliver best in class service and support to their clients, internal partners and external stakeholders;
Assist Trust Officers and their teams with Estate and Trust account administration work as it relates to tasks associated to settling estates and/or ongoing Trust account administration, including bill payments, trust accounting, and statement production;
Liaise with banking partners to manage account openings and closings, special requests, and investigate transactions when necessary;
Support the maintenance and updating of client banking records and other reporting related to service delivery, including transaction importing and bank reconciliation;
Work collaboratively with Solus Trust associates to ensure bank accounts meet all compliance requirements and that related controls remain in place;
Support timely execution of risk and compliance processes to ensure safeguarding of assets, compliance with privacy laws and adherence to policies to act in the best interest of all clients.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and organize time effectively to support clients, teams, and business partners;
• Post-secondary education in a related field of study;
• Proficiency in English and French is preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000 - 63,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
