We are seeking an organized and proactive Intern to join the OpenROM Project this full-time contract role you will support our capital project team by coordinating the organization digitization and centralization of project documentation and closeout materials. Youll help ensure the smooth efficient flow of records contributing to the successful finalization of open permits and the timely submission of documentation to the City of Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional student or co-op candidate seeking hands-on experience in capital project documentation and coordination in a museum setting.
Organize digitize and maintain project documentation ensuring version control and accuracy.
Support the creation of document templates and central databases for project closeout information.
Retrieve and consolidate historical capital project documentation through archival requests.
Prepare documentation for submission to the City of Torontos Building Permit department.
Assist the OpenROM team with general administrative coordination and filing.
High school diploma required; post-secondary coursework in urban planning architecture construction management or related disciplines is an asset.
Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word Excel PowerPoint) and file-sharing tools.
