Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator (Full Time)

Twelve Oaks is a rapidly growing flooring distribution company catering to retail store flooring needs for about 1000 customers across North America. We are committed to delivering high quality products at competitive prices through our extensive distribution network. Twelve Oaks is looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Sample Inventory Coordinator will report directly to the Product and Marketing Department and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of flooring samples and display racks inventory purchasing and planning.
Monitor flooring samples and display rack inventory levels
Coordinate cycle counts with our warehouse teams in Toronto, Calgary and New Jersey
Perform inventory adjustments as required and keep all relevant back-up files
Prepare purchase orders to the production mills
Create and maintain the related Excel documents
Assisting in the development of flooring product and sample marketing
Ensure flooring samples and display racks meet stringent quality standard
Perform clerical and other duties in support of office and event operations (e.g. trade show samples)
Respond to phone/email/Wechat promptly and courteously
Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects
College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management or Business Administration
- Mandarin language skill
- 2+ years' experience working in business, inventory, or logistics analyst
- Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment and capable of working effectively with all levels within the organization from warehouse team member to senior management
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Qualifications that would be considered an asset
Experience with flooring industry
French language skill
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and illustrator
