Operations Manager (Founding Team)
Toronto, ON | Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days/week Downtown Toronto)
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 + Performance Bonus + Equity Potential

We are hiring a Director-level Operations Manager to join our founding North American team and work directly alongside the Founder & CEO.
This is not a back-office role. This is a business-building position.
We need a commercially minded, highly organized operator who can help run the company day-to-day, strengthen financial oversight, and build the operational infrastructure required to scale nationally.
This role is designed to evolve into senior operational leadership as Mokable grows.
Oversee core business operations across hospitality, foodservice, and CPG
Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable
Support budgeting and financial planning
Channel-level performance strategy (Hospitality vs CPG vs Licensing)
National operational scaling
Financial modeling and long-term planning
3–5+ years in operations, startup growth, or commercial strategy

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or CPG preferred
• Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity
• You enjoy building structure, organizing numbers, driving clarity, and working closely with a founder.
