Service Advisor Prince George, BC Dealership Looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can work with people and stay busy throughout the day?
We’re hiring a full-time, regular Service Advisor for our Prince George, BC dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and being part of a hardworking team.

What You’ll Do
Role
You’ll be the main contact for customers bringing in their RVs for service. Your role is to keep things organized and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish:
Welcome customers and understand their service needs
Book and manage service appointments
Create clear work orders for technicians
Keep customers updated on timelines and progress
Work closely with the service team to keep jobs on track
Provide estimates and explain recommended work
Close work orders and ensure accurate billing
What You Bring
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
Experience in RV, automotive, trades, or service environments is an asset, but not required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Competitive pay $23.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience
