This role follows a hybrid model based in downtown Toronto , combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Proactively source top technical talent for current and upcoming openings
Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and team fit
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key skill areas
Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and creative outreach strategies
Support Senior Account Managers by helping pipeline prospective clients
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiatives

2+ years of experience in recruitment (technical recruitment strongly preferred)

• Experience using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT roles is an asset
• Solid technical aptitude and confidence navigating recruitment technologies and tools
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
