Area Sales Manager DACH – OSS & Oriented Film im Logistiksegment Wir suchen eine dynamische und strategisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Area Sales Manager für die DACH-Region. Ziel dieser Rolle ist die Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Systemverkaufsmodells, das ein gebündeltes Angebot aus Maschinenvermietung, exklusiver Strechfolien (Oriented Strech Film) und Serviceverträgen umfasst. Dies soll eine langfristige Kundenbindung und wiederkehrende Umsätze sicherstellen. Ein weiterer Fokus liegt auf dem Verkauf von Stretchfolien im Logistiksegment.
Hauptaufgaben:
Geschäftsmodellentwicklung: Konzeption und Umsetzung einer regionalen Strategie für den Systemverkauf, bei der Vermietung, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Service zu einem ganzheitlichen Leistungsangebot kombiniert werden
Vertrieb: Umsatzsteigerung durch Identifikation und Umwandlung von Interessenten in langfristige Kunden im Rahmen des neuen Modells
Kundenbindung: Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu Industriekunden, Verständnis für deren operative Anforderungen und Positionierung unserer Lösung als leistungsorientierte Partnerschaft
Vertragsmanagement: Verhandlung von Mietverträgen, Servicevereinbarungen und Lieferbedingungen für Verbrauchsmaterialien mit dem Ziel der Profitabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit
Verkauf von Oriented Strech Film: Ausbau des Marktanteils mit Fokus auf das Logistik-/Supermarktsegment
Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement, Serviceteams und dem lokalen Sales Team
Berichtswesen & Forecasting: Erstellung präziser Umsatzprognosen, Pipeline-Updates und Leistungsberichte für das Senior Management
Qualifikationen:
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Verkauf von Folien (Stretch, Hauben etc.), Verpackungsmaschinen (automatisch oder halbautomatisch) oder technischen Dienstleistungen
Fundiertes Verständnis von Lösungsverkauf, Leasingmodellen und Strategien für wiederkehrende Umsätze
Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region
