We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and enjoy the flexibility of managing their own schedule. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will engage in field sales activities, including door-to-door sales and appointment setting with potential clients. This position offers commission-based compensation, providing unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.

What you will do:
Conduct door-to-door sales to introduce our products/services to residential and business customers.
Present effectively our services in a friendly manner.
Schedule appointments with leads generated through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
At least one (1) year of working experience in sales.
Proven experience in outbound sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
Strong desire and ability to learn
Responsible & reliable.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Confident, outgoing, approachable, energetic & possess a positive attitude.
