Sales Management Specialist

We are currently expanding our presence in Western Canada and seeking a dedicated Account Manager for Alberta. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing sales within the region, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through the promotion of our technology offerings.
: The SolidWorks Sales Representative will focus on developing and securing business from both new and existing clients. Success in this role hinges on selling our comprehensive suite of SolidWorks/3DEXPERIENCE CAD software, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM/PLM) software, partner solutions, and associated training and support contracts.
Conduct direct sales to potential customers within the assigned territory.
Drive account growth by stimulating interest, establishing needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
Articulate product features, benefits, and service offerings effectively, addressing customer inquiries and objections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM/VRC systems.
Provide detailed territory management data, including forecasts, account documentation, and activity reports to support strategic sales planning.
Identify, evaluate, and address key business issues for accounts within the territory.
Proven success in competitive sales environments.
Strong capabilities in sales, customer service, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must possess a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
Dedication to professionalism, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Creative and innovative approach to overcoming challenges.
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant sales and software/industry experience.
Comprehensive training in sales and industry-specific skills.
Access to SolidWorks certification programs to enhance technical expertise.
Competitive salary with a commission plan.
Full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
