Managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily activities, including opening and closing procedures.
Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
Ensuring excellent customer service and handling any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Managing the restaurant's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Handling scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
2-4 years of proven experience in restaurant management within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
