We are dedicated to collaborating with animal hospitals by enhancing their in-person services, extending care availability and easing the workload on brick-and-mortar practices. Our goal is to support overburdened hospitals by providing patient care when it's needed most, whether during regular hours or after. While we've grown, we maintain a "mom and pop" culture and mentality, valuing personal relationships, and fostering a close-knit, supportive work environment.
VetWise is expanding and seeking passionate remote Veterinarians to join our growing Virtual Locum and Virtual Vet Support teams in New Brunswick ! As a member of our network, you'll have flexibility to pick up cases and shifts at your discretion, allowing you to work as much or as little as you’d like. Provide virtual consultations in collaboration with in-person veterinary teams during regular clinic hours, supporting clinics remotely by assessing patients, reviewing histories, and advising on treatment plans
Provide virtual consultations for clients of hospitals in New Brunswick after-hours and on weekends, offering urgent care support as needed
Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
Unrestricted license to practice veterinary medicine in New Brunswick
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
A passion for improving access to veterinary care
Work remotely from the comfort of your home
Options for Monday-Friday, weekend, daytime, evening, and night shifts available
Remote - Registered in the province of New Brunswick
