Job Summary Dalhousie’s Faculty of Management offers graduate programs that prepare students for leadership in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. With a strong focus on experiential learning, career development, and values-based leadership, our programs include the MBA, MPA, MI, MScB, and Master of Management. Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions, the Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator promotes these programs and supports enrolment growth. This role leads strategic recruitment initiatives, coordinates marketing activities, and advises prospective students throughout their application journey.

Represent programs at recruitment events, webinars, and outreach opportunities across Canada and beyond.
Coordinate marketing materials and digital campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
Track recruitment engagement and outcomes using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and contribute insights to planning.
Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, including event planning, outreach logistics, and supervision of student staff.
Note The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work from within Nova Scotia) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.

Recruitment activities may require travel and schedule flexibility during peak recruitment periods, and the successful candidate must be willing to adjust working hours to support these efforts.

Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, plus three to five years’ of relevant experience in recruitment, marketing, or consultative sales (or an equivalent combination of training and experience).
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience leading both in-person and virtual events.
Proven experience managing recruitment or sales pipelines and using CRM tools to track engagement and outcomes.
Excellent writing and content development skills, with an understanding of audience-specific messaging across channels.
Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
