Office Clerk-Billing

Our company is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be working full-time, permanent in our Mississauga location. The perfect candidate must be BILINGUAL IN FRENCH/ENGLISH. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a commercial office setting.
Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports- Maintain office supplies and inventory- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records- Perform data entry and update databases as needed- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff- Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management systems
