Join a growing family-owned Quebec business, a leader in the distribution of sustainable materials across North America.

To support the founders and with the objective of bringing the accounting and finance function in-house, I am looking for a Senior Accountant capable of managing full-cycle accounting from A to Z and implementing appropriate month-end / year-end processes for both Canadian and U.For this key Senior Accountant role, you will benefit from:

• As a Senior Accountant, your main responsibilities are:
• Ensure full-cycle bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for both Canadian and U.Implement and execute the complete month-end process and build performance analytical reports.
• Manage the full payroll cycle as well as government remittances.
• Produce cash flow reports and collaborate with external firms for year-end financial statements.
• Support management in optimizing administrative processes, recruitment, and the onboarding of new talent.

The qualifications sought for this Senior Accountant role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• min 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within an SME.
• Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
• Perfect bilingualism (French/English) is essential to collaborate with our North American clients and suppliers.
