Our company is looking for a P/L Sales Producer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek the opportunity to cross-sell other lines of business;
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and maintain a customer-centered approach;
- Follow company and brokerage procedures and workflow requirements;
- Additional duties as required;
- Consistently meet or exceed goals set for call to quote ratios and quote to sale ratio as defined by management;
- Ensure accurate risk selection and adhere to underwriting criteria;
- Maximize achievement of defined sales targets;
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma; related post secondary education is an asset;
- One to five years experience in personal lines insurance sales;
- RIBO Licensed;
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
