Product Certification Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Product Certification Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate internal tasks to support ongoing and future certification efforts;
- Support pre-certification design and troubleshooting efforts;
- Assist in driving regulatory certifications worldwide (ie. FCC, PTCRB, CE, etc);
- Research and stay abreast on applicable and potential regulations;
- Maintain certification documents with accuracy and clarity;
- Review technical test reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards and minimum requirements.
Requirements:
- Completing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field;
- Strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements;
- Experience with project management is considered an asset;
- Technical experience using SQL, C#, JavaScript or Google BigQuery an asset;
- Interest in completing a Project Management Certification;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Telecom and RF knowledge is considered an asset.
