Personal Lines CSR Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Personal Lines CSR Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing follow-up / abeyance system and Renewal Logs to ensure we meet client service standards;
- Preparing and forwarding binders for renewals as instructed;
- Preparing and forwarding form letters and documents to clients and insurers;
- Checking and processing of policy documents, renewals, endorsements and cancellations;
- Assist Customer Service Brokers and/or Producers with client inquiries or rush assignments as requested;
- Processing invoices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Excel and Word;
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must, excellent organizational skills and a team player;
- RIBO Licensed or minimum 1 year personal lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company.
