- You have experience in the configuration and maintenance of VMWare virtualized environments;
- You have comprehensive knowledge of hardware and network implementation requirements;
- You have solid communication skills for explaining concepts and processes to end-users and technical peers;
- You have 5+ years’ experience as Systems Engineer/Admin;
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right;
- You are able to administer a Microsoft Windows Server environment including Active Directory, NFS, DHCP, DNS, IIS, printing and group policy;
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions;
- You have solid experience working with Cloud Services environments (AWS, Google, Azure) and constructing them for robustness and scalability;
- You have a post-secondary level diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- You are able and willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 support;
- You have very strong scripting and automation skills.
