Reliability Engineer, Processing Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Reliability Engineer, Processing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the maintenance reliability program at site;
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the maintenance department by performing other technical functions as assigned; and;
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures;
- Work in accordance with applicable government regulations and Teck standards;
- Create reports and work orders according to findings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in processing plant operations is preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanical engineering or a related discipline;
- Strong focus on safety and personal responsibility; and;
- Non-destructive testing methods experience is an asset;
- Must be self-motivated and possess a positive and flexible attitude;
- 5–10 years of experience as a reliability engineer;
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite®: Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as effective interpersonal and problem solving abilities;
- Strong sense of leadership and team consensus building;
- Eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
