Our company is looking for a Graphic Designer – Piano Marketing (TLM-PMGD) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn new software applications, job related tasks;
- Creating campaign videos and edit event footage into short videos for social media posts;
- Designing piano marketing campaigns (social media, direct mail, posters, promotional images for social media sharing and web);
- Be an engaged member of the marketing team. Bring fresh ideas to meetings and be willing to go the extra mile to help team members;
- Designing for digital and print marketing channels;
- Manage personal work flow efficiently and schedule with accuracy and care;
- Stays up to date with contemporary marketing, art, graphic, and illustration trends with an understanding of cultural differences.
Requirements:
- Interest in music and culture;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of art and design principles. Please provide your portfolio;
- Emphasis on creativity and idea generation over production (but should be able to produce if needed);
- Self-manager. No need for micro-management, while being able to provide results;
- Strong interest in marketing, art, graphic design, and illustration;
- Able to reference past Tom Lee Music designs and drive the evolution of the brand;
- Clear communicator and efficient designer. Be able to take a concept from idea to execution, while managing stakeholder expectations;
- Must be fluent in English. Mandarin language (reading, writing and able to type) also preferred;
- Very proficient in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knows how to use HTML, IMovie, Xiumi and PowerPoint;
- Skilled with camera for photography and video.
