Business Application Programmer – Software Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business Application Programmer – Software Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Business requirements gathering & mapping;
- Provide Consulting to the client in the field of real time charging billing system solutions & implementing the global best practices;
- Customer master data creation using order management system and provisioning the contracts into convergent charging system;
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications;
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required,
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions,
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of Billing & Rating Systems;
- Integration validation of the plans in SAP Convergent Charging along with network elements;
- Research and evaluate a variety of software products and future roadmap;
- Configuration of Charge & refill plans, Performance Support;
- Handle system integration activities between SAP CC to other systems like CRM, CI and Mediation Zone;
- Write, modify, integrate and develop software code in SAP CC core Tool ,
Requirements:
- Technical Languages – Java/J2EE/SOA, EJB, JSP, DBC, XML, HTML, JavaScript, SOAP, SAP /SAP CC/ SAP CI/ SAP CRM/ SAP RDS;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CC – Convergent Charging for Telco Industry;
- Strong SQL skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Project Management tools;
- Design and development of short/long term development tasks/CRs;
- Provide short/long term code/data fixes;
- Minimum 4 years experience working with order management system and contracts provisioning;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Computer Engineering;
- Design and development of tasks to enhance process performance/production stability.
