Senior Pre-Construction Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participating actively in the pre-construction process while communicating all relevant updates with both the client and the team;
- Working with multiple and varying stakeholders to establish general requirements;
- Raising and discussing relevant issues at the job site meetings and suggesting solutions when they are required;
- Contacting, scheduling, and coordinating all subcontractors, suppliers, and utilities;
- Planning/preparing construction schedules and milestones as well as monitoring progress against established schedules;
- Providing day-to-day leadership for the pre-construction team;
- Attending site walkthroughs and visiting the site thereafter as required;
- Reviewing plans and specifications as part of the pre-construction process in order to establish constructability issues.
