Finance Leadership Role at Luxury Retailer

Advance your finance career at a prestigious Canadian luxury retailer as Vice President of Finance. This role demands a CPA with extensive experience in full-cycle accounting and finance leadership. The Vice President, Finance will report directly to the CEO while overseeing accounting and finance functions across retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and real estate investments. This hands-on position involves both strategic leadership and direct engagement in technical work. You will mentor a team of approximately six professionals and be a trusted advisor to senior management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting and finance across luxury retail and real estate
- Manage relationships with banks and lending partners
- Oversee cash management and treasury operations
- Support ERP transition to NetSuite in Ontario stores
- Collaborate on financial implications of growth projects
- CPA designation required
- 10–15 years in progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in senior finance leadership role
- Strong multi-entity accounting knowledge
- Experience in retail and manufacturing finance
