Total Loss Claims Advisor - TD Bank

Join TD as a Total Loss Claims Advisor, where your focus will be on providing superior service while managing automobile claims. This primarily onsite role emphasizes efficient claim handling and customer support. As a Claims Advisor, reporting to the Team Leader, you will oversee client interactions and negotiate settlements effectively within your authority limits. This role not only requires thorough knowledge of claims processes but also emphasizes collaboration with colleagues for optimal service delivery, especially in busy situations. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client communication regarding claims processing
- Negotiate automobile claims settlements within authority
- Support team efforts during peak times or emergencies
- Follow up with clients for required documentation
- Ensure timely processing of claims and communications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- AMF licensing in Quebec mandated within 120 days
- New Brunswick claims adjustment license needed within 120 days
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Onsite role requiring presence at the office 4 times a week
