Remote Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist (PST or MST)

As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in managing programmatic advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations, you'll collaborate closely with our Client Services team to ensure seamless campaign execution, from trafficking and pixel implementation to performance analysis, all within a dynamic and remote-first environment.

We are open to candidates located anywhere in PST or MST time zones. We are not currently reviewing any applicants residing in CST or EST.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with Client Services to fulfill client deliverables, including campaign trafficking, campaign modifications, and internal-facing ad operations
• Creation and delivery of pixel-based data-capturing systems
• QA campaign assets, pixels and campaigns before launching
• Identify areas of opportunity to optimize the campaign setup process alongside our product and technology teams
• Establish techniques, best practices and processes to support and maximize the creation of successful campaigns

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience (DSP, Ad Network, etc)
• Experience building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Experience creating and delivering pixel-based data-capturing systems 
• Experience using DV360, Meta, or Amazon is a plus
• Foundation in marketing concepts and business-related marketing objectives
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the Google Suite of Business Applications
• The ability to grasp technical concepts and platform-based knowledge, and distill that knowledge into clear, concise communications
• An understanding of the digital advertising sales landscape, trends, and ideas
• Proven success whilst working in a fast-paced environment
