Overview We're looking for an Art Director who thrives at the intersection of brand, digital, and design craft. Someone with agency-level creative rigor who isn't afraid to jump into the work and bring ideas to life. If you're equally comfortable shaping a seasonal retail campaign, refining a digital experience, or obsessing over the last few pixels, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Lead creative from brief to final execution across digital customer experiences, including email, push notifications, onsite content, seasonal retail campaigns, and more. Partner with Strategists, Copywriters, Designers, and cross-functional teams to create impactful work. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing a high level of craft to every deliverable. Champion user-centered design while ensuring every experience reinforces the brand. Present and articulate creative rationale with confidence while remaining open to collaboration and feedback. Help evolve our creative process by contributing ideas that make the team smarter, more efficient, and more collaborative. Qualifications Experience as an Art Director in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative environment. A strong foundation in UX and digital design, with an understanding of how user experience and brand storytelling work together. A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual design, strategic thinking, and conceptual creativity. A self-starter who takes ownership, leads with intention, and follows through from idea to execution. An exceptional eye for typography, layout, composition, color, and the details that make great creative stand out. Someone who believes every detail matters—whether it's a big idea or a single landing page. Strong communication skills with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and challenge ideas constructively.
